  Mandy made insurance make sense. She was the most courteous and informative person I have ever spoken with regarding insurance of any kind. She felt like talking to an old friend and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need.

  So, I have been looking ever since last year for car insurance. My husband and I both have a clean driving records with no accidents, no tickets, nothing. We both have older cars mine being an Chevy Impala 2012 and his being a Honda Civic 2006 my insurance alone the cheapest I could find with renters insurance was a little over $2,000.00 a year with that being the states bare minimum requirements! So I got back online was trying to figure out this whole government thing everyone on TikTok has been talking about yet I got a phone call from Alec Smith from Allstate. He was able to pull up the insurance my husband and I currently have and found out that the company had lied to us, which I did not tell Alec, but instead Alec got us both great full coverage insurance on both our vehicles and on top of that better rental insurance all cheaper than what I pay for my car insurance and our rental insurance alone! Alec even kept in touch and was very understanding with me, since I am pregnant, I do not just have morning sickness it's all day sickness, he was even kind enough to give me pointers on what helped his wife. So we texted back and forth and finally when I was well enough he got us all set up saving me alone $1,000 on my insurance alone. He was very kind and very thorough on the coverages he sent over all the documents for us and since I have never canceled car insurance or rental insurance before the actual date it is supposed to be renewed he even walked me through that. So to sum this all up, in the end I am very greatful for Alec Smith for reaching out to us and having such amazing hospitality in helping us through all this and since we swapped insurance companies we will be getting enough money back from our previous insurance company to pay for our new insurance and still have money to put back into the bank to save for our baby on the way! So not only was he looking out for us and saving us money but he was also looking out for our unborn child as well. I am sorry but I have not encountered such hospitality when dealing with insurance companies in the past they always are pushy and always say well this is the best numbers I can do for you, they were all so pushy, as if they were the only insurance companies out there! Unlike, Alec from Allstate, I cannot say it enough he was very kind, informative, gave me exact numbers, and the numbers he gave me did not stray we weren't suprised when the transaction went through because the numbers he told us is exactly what went through, a man that stands by his words and does not stray from them is an honest man that I look forward to continue doing business with in the future for many years to come. So, yes I highly recommend Alec Smith with Allstate!
