  We moved to Childersburg 4 years ago and we have been doing business with them for 3 years and they are the most personable and BEST EVER about following through with claims and any questions that arise!!!!

  I'm not sure there is enough room to say all the GREAT THINGS due to these folks. Ron and Emily have taken care of me for years, and no matter the situation or question, they find a solution more than satisfactory. Honesty and Integrity come to mind immediately. Being in business myself, I know how you always want to make your customers happy and sometimes that means telling a customer to go a different route. Meaning, Ron and Emily (the entire staff) really do have the customers best interest in mind. I recommend them to anyone looking for insurance the first time or looking for the best customer service no matter how long you've been insured. You simply will not find any better. Emily is a pleasure to work with and always responds quickly to any and all questions. Thank you all, for the quality service and product you bring to people.

  Ron and his office have always been a huge help to me and my family. I noticed recently that my name was mispelled so I wrote them a note asking it to be changed to match my drivers license and they fixed it without a problem. I have been with Ron and the previous owner for years now and moved away but still use them for my insurance needs. All other mail wanting to meet my insurance needs goes in the shredder. Thanks Ron Carroll and staff.
