  This agency has turned me off to Allstate entirely. I recently purchased a new car and called the agency to get the car added to my policy and get my old car removed. The woman I spoke to explained to me that because I had two months left on the policy, the entire amount of the new cars policy would be squeezed into the next two months, which would end up being three times more than my lease payments for each of the two months. I informed her that it just wasn't going to work, as it was way too expensive. Instead of giving me options, she told me I should take my car back if I can't afford it and basically threatened me, telling me that it was either return the car, pay the premium, or be forced to deal with the leasing company's insurance, which is extremely unprofessional. They're listed hours are also false, as I've tried calling between the stated open hours on Saturday, but no one answered. I'm now switched to Geico where my premium for my full-coverage new car and my husband's liability only jeep are being insured for the same price as they wanted for my husband's jeep and my old liability only policies.
