I was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama and my wife and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. Our community is family friendly and we enjoy the hot summers and mild winters. I love the atmosphere of Alabama football and going to the games. Golf is my favorite hobby, being out in nature and the comradery of the sport. This area is steadily growing with many new companies choosing Huntsville as their new home.
We enjoy life here and love being part of, and giving back to, the community. I'm thankful to be part of Allstate, who encourages and supports us in helping others. I've chosen a wide range of volunteer work including The Boys and Girls Club, Merrimack Hall, House of the Harvest, and give charitable donations to Agape of North Alabama.

I used the agency for all of my insurance needs up until a couple of years ago when I switched to another Allstate agent only to discover I was being overcharged for less coverage than my new agent was able to provide for me. I own a rental property that requires flood insurance which I left with Mr. Henderson until just recently. My new policy is $1,500 less expensive than the one I had through Mr. Henderson. The communication from Mr. Henderson and his team is basically non-existent. They refuse to respond to emails and rarely answer the phone. I have often wondered if Mr. Henderson is a real person - that's how little I've heard from him. The work ethic is lazy, and the customer service is reprehensible. I will further add that today (11SEP25) I was told the reason that this agency had not canceled the policy I requested cancelation on was because Mr. Henderson lost his password. I don't know about you, but generally speaking, when someone loses a password, it's easy to reset. Do yourself a favor and move on.
