  Avoid Tammy worst insurance experience in my life. DIDNT PUT FULL COVERAGE ON ALL MY TRYCKS AS INSTRUCTED WEEK OR SO LATER I HAD AN ACCUDENT NO FAULT...AND FIUND OUT AFTER HAVING TOW TRUCK HAULED TO SHOP MY INSURANCE WONT COVER ANYTHING.....SHE was like oh I can add full coverage $111 for 6 months..THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN THERE ALREADY.....COST ME MY TRUCK AND 6500 IN REPAIRS TRUCK IS STILL NOT ON THE ROAD. Cummins diesel 130k miles ruined because this dumb agent didn't do her job.

  I made the decision to switch insurance companies from progressive to Allstate. I made my payment on the 15 of July for monthly premium. I canceled my policy with progressive on the 20th of July I month later I received a letter from the dmv threatening to suspend my registration on my vehicle. Turns out they did not make my policy effective until the 25th, 10 days after the payment. Had to pay a $200 fee to the dmv while I was out of work for two weeks without pay due to COVID. When I called them and told them what happened they suggested I call my old insurance company and work something out with them instead of Allstate amending the policy effective date.
