    I had a great experience with this agency, Whitney, I think, took down my information and gave it to Lance, the agent. He called back within 30 minutes and went over everything. We couldn't get the deductible where I wanted so I kept looking. He and his staff found a way to get the coverage, deductible, and price where I needed it to be. They went above what they needed to to get my business and I'm happy they did! Thank you, Deanna and James Morgan

    Excellent service provided by this agency! Lance was extremely helpful in assisting me with my homeowners and auto coverages. He goes beyond selling and focuses on educating / informing his customers on what coverages match our intent to protect what matters most to us. He does not oversell, rather just sells what we need. In many cases I was overpaying elsewhere because of being over and unnecessarily covered. Ultimately he and Allstate were able to cover our home and auto for less than half of what we were paying elsewhere. My family looks forward to being served by this agency and protected by Allstate. I must also say that Whitney provided courteous and professional service taking my home and auto insurance information before Lance contacted me to set up our coverage.

    This has been the worst experience with an insurance company. No need to call my phone. They are so expensive and doesn't help at all. Throwing all these numbers around for nothing. $371 a month is ridiculous for home insurance. A little home at that. Can't wait to switch.
