He goes beyond selling and focuses on educating / informing his customers on what coverages match our intent to protect what matters most to us. He does not oversell, rather just sells what we need. In many cases I was overpaying elsewhere because of being over and unnecessarily covered. Ultimately he and Allstate were able to cover our home and auto for less than half of what we were paying elsewhere. My family looks forward to being served by this agency and protected by Allstate. I must also say that Whitney provided courteous and professional service taking my home and auto insurance information before Lance contacted me to set up our coverage.
