- AWAndi WilsonJan 24, 20265.0Anytime I need support or questions regarding my Allstate Insurance, I simply call the Parmer Agency and am greeted on the phone by the receptionist. If she cannot help me, she immediately transfers the call to an agent. The agents take the time to answer questions, but also want the customers to make sure they are getting the best rates available. I would recommend this group to anyone in the Alexander City area.
