- ABAaron BeanJun 17, 20221.0Absolutely dreadful. I would have given zero stars if possible. I filed a claim in February and still have not had any determination or help whatsoever. I paid over $5000 to have my home insured, and I’ve been treated horribly by everyone, including my agent. They sent an adjuster to look at my claim, and took all copies of my invoices, pictures, inspection reports, and such and still have acted as if I’m ‘not cooperating with my claim.’ Stay away from Allstate, they are in the business of taking premiums and treating you like a criminal as soon as you need help. STEER CLEAR!
