Matt's office is a friendly and inviting environment. I started doing business with Matt because the former agent retired and my account was transferred to his new franchise. This was several years ago. I've been impressed by his presence in the community and the way he and his team put people first. He checks in with me at least annually to see if there is anything changing in life that needs to be addressed. Initially when I connected with him I only cared about getting the cheapest coverage for my home and auto, but as life changed so did my needs and concerns. His office continues to to look for ways to be of service and save money. As our family had new drivers and changed between vehicles, there was guidance and recommendations that went beyond what I would expect from a seller of insurance. Looking to buy a new car and negotiate the best price, Matt has a checklist of items he likes to share to get you the car you want and have a more powerful negotiating stance position. Speaking of service, he and multiple agents, including Kendall(spelling?), have helped my family approach investing. I had gone it alone for years and had done my Roth IRA wrong or just not making the money it should. Long ago I put it in a Roth IRA savings account with one of the local credit unions and it stagnated, not keeping up with inflation. Matt helped me transition it to an indexed fund to drive the growth of my IRA, and also advised on how I could contribute to retirement every year for the Roth, as long as I did the correct tracking and tax filing. After being very happy with that and a regular market investment account setup, the team there has helped me establish long term accounts for my kids too. His team will take you through all your investing questions and help position you for success. Overall great team and service oriented.
