  Our home and auto insurance have been with Allstate under Jeff Case for over eight years. During that time, we were never contacted to review our policies or offered any discounts, despite having no auto claims for more than five years. Because of this, we decided to shop around and found a better rate through Costco auto insurance. When I informed Jeff’s office that we would be transferring our policy, I was suddenly told they could reduce our monthly premium from over $270 to around $140. Our bill has also fluctuated over the years without clear explanation or prior notice. In addition, we were informed that transferring our auto policy would result in a 25% increase in our home insurance premium. This was very frustrating, as it raises the question of why these savings were not offered earlier, especially considering our long-standing loyalty and claim-free history. These options should be presented proactively, not only when a customer decides to leave. Ultimately, this experience confirmed our decision to transfer both our auto and home insurance policies. Loyal customers deserve regular policy reviews and transparency to ensure they are receiving the best possible value.

  If you have a big expectation of customer service, or just want to enjoy some since no one else seems to have any, do business with Jeff Case’s office. His office can show you what customer service used to be! Just talk to them, you will see what I mean.

  I went to pay my car insurance for six months and I gave them my information and they only took out for one month. I’ve been trying to square this away. The agents been awesome but the corporate office has not dealt with this in a quick manner so I’m still waiting. Also, you guys say it’s easier to bundle and be cheaper that way I’ve yet to be able to bundle and make it cheaper. I always have to divide it up between two different insurance companies and yes, your price is high.

  What I like about Jeff Case, my Allstate agent, is the ease of getting ahold of him for both my personal and business insurance questions. Very knowledgeable group working with Jeff. Jeff's quotes are completely in line with other agencies with the added benefit of feeling like you're not being up-sold...just getting what you need and educated on what your policy means to you in lay terms that non- insurance guys like me understand. Jeff is a family guy who performs his business in a very personal way that seems to be missing from other places....and Jeff will keep my business for years to come.
