- BABlake AndersonOct 15, 20255.0If you have a big expectation of customer service, or just want to enjoy some since no one else seems to have any, do business with Jeff Case’s office. His office can show you what customer service used to be! Just talk to them, you will see what I mean.
- RBRichard BrackettOct 13, 20253.0I went to pay my car insurance for six months and I gave them my information and they only took out for one month. I’ve been trying to square this away. The agents been awesome but the corporate office has not dealt with this in a quick manner so I’m still waiting. Also, you guys say it’s easier to bundle and be cheaper that way I’ve yet to be able to bundle and make it cheaper. I always have to divide it up between two different insurance companies and yes, your price is high.
