- DWDana WalukiewiczFeb 19, 20262.0Very disappointed. I called and told them to drop collision insurance on a vehicle that was not being driven. About 9 months later, they call to "update" their system only to find out they never reduced the coverage. They can't back-date due to their fault. Out nearly $1,000. Sad. I wouldn't recommend.
