I sat and waited with three other couples. There w W ere about three people in the entire building working there on Thursday, June 12. What is going on here? This is a company. I was very upset. I had to go home with no help after waiting two hours I always felt AMA was the best but what in heaven‘s name is happening in Alberta.

YET I WAS ON THE PHONE ON HOLD FOR 40MINS!!!! this is by far the worst and longest unacceptable wait times I have ever waited.... I thought AMA was expensive because they offered good service... This is terrible... instead of chatting around the office... actually pick up phone calls..
