- CCCinnamon3 days ago1.0no one will really gonna take the call here for hours , I’ve been trying to get connected to an agent for car insurance even to book an appointment online is not available.
- DGDurim GasiFeb 27, 20261.0I typically disregard one star reviews, but I have come to understand the requirement to post them. If I could provide a zero star review, I absolutely would. Received email confirmation that my coverage was ending at a certain time frame where both parties agreed, however, I was incorrectly charged for insurance services for 5 months after the term expired. Given that I had moved and was unable to physically come into an AMA centre, I was able to get a hold of an AMA representative after multiple emails and phone calls where the wait times went beyond multiple hours. After being a direct and indirect customer (and advocate) since 2011, AMA refused to reimburse me for the excessive charges. For anyone considering insurance services, I strongly recommend shopping for other providers. My biggest takeaway is having a provider that can answer the phone within a few minutes, as opposed to a few hours.

When you’re on hold, they don’t have music instead they repeat the same messages about how great they are a million times. The hold messages also makes excuses for not having enough staff to answer all the phone calls that they receive. Dealing with AMA Insurance is an incredible waste of time. Making customers wait this long for basic service is incredibly disrespectful.
