They should not be in business anymore, that’s is why their ratings are so low and their waiting times are crazy long as well.

Then you go online or use the app, and it doesn't work for making an appointment. I can't imagine how long it would take to talk to someone if I had an emergency.

I’ve been calling every chance I can and so far I have spent 8 hrs on hold (1-1.5 hrs a time) waiting for an advisor to cancel my home insurance before the renewal. Cant make an appointment online, this is a horrible insurance company.
