  Customer service was good, but they don't stay enough people. Prepare for a 2 hour wait at this store.

  Been waiting over a year with an open claim. They’ll follow up non stop when you owe them any money, but when you need an answer regarding your claim it takes forever to get a response. My accident was over a year ago and I’m not even the driver at fault but my adjuster Heather Yatzko is impossible to get a hold of. I would not recommend AMA. Save yourself the headache and time and look elsewhere for an insurance provider.

  If I could give them 0 stars here I would if there was an option but sadly there’s none, they ruined my driving history even tho they got their money and I talked with them about everything. I hope AMA Goes down and don’t prosper and I hope people open their eyes about how crappy of Human beings they are. They should not be in business anymore, that’s is why their ratings are so low and their waiting times are crazy long as well.

  This is actually insane. I've been trying and trying to contact them, and voilà! No one answers the phone calls. Then you go online or use the app, and it doesn't work for making an appointment. I can't imagine how long it would take to talk to someone if I had an emergency.
