After my 84-year-old mother had walked down McLeod from the adjacent Superstore, Jim heard the story of how her keys ended up in her trunk. After hearing her tail Jim insisted on giving my mother a ride up McLeod to The SuperStore and insisted she's sit with him and wait for the tow truck to make sure everything went okay. I'd like to recognize Jim for his exceptional customer service and I can't thank him enough for helping my mother. Thank you Jim and AMA
