  Claims Review of AMA Insurance I’m sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision. I purchased my vehicle in 2022 for $36,000 with a clean Carfax report. In March 2025, I was involved in a hit-and-run in a parking lot and filed a claim in September 2025. I have comprehensive coverage, along with a collision report and documentation showing the vehicle had no prior damage at the time of purchase. However, the appraiser claimed the damage was pre-existing. I requested a review of the claim, but getting updates was extremely difficult. The claims adjuster never responded, and there was little to no communication for months. I was eventually contacted by a claims manager Jordan and informed that my claim is being denied, now stating the damage is “wear and tear.” It feels like the claim is being denied just so they don’t have to pay for the damage, despite having coverage and providing supporting evidence. This claims experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. As a paying customer, you expect your insurance provider to properly assess and handle claims fairly—not dismiss them when you need them most. Based on my experience, I strongly encourage others to thoroughly research and carefully consider their options before choosing an insurance provider, especially when it comes to how they handle claims.

  The place was t even super busy when I went in yet still had to wait forever to be helped. A 10 minute stop took over an hour. Prices are also high compared to other registry places for the uncapped service fees.

  Je réponds à votre réponse à côté de la plaque comme vos services. On ne parle pas de permis de classe 7 ni d’examen car le permis français reconnu comme permis de classe 5 sans avoir nécessité de repasser la formation. D’autant plus avec 9 ans d’expérience justifiable. Vous ne connaissez même pas vous même les lois en vigueur dans votre pays. Vous avez sûrement oublié que le français est la deuxième langue officielle du Canada. Et que le permis français est valable 1 an en Alberta.

  Awful service!!! Been on the phone for 3 hours and cant even get a human on the phone!!! Pathetic service and their online portal also DOES NOT work!!! Edit- Unfortunately i had to go in person to even resolve this issue but dealt with Chrissy in person. She did an amazing job and was super quick and helpful.
