- VSVarinder SandhuApr 2, 20261.0Nobody answers the phone. Been onhold for 3 hours. On their website we cannot make the appointment online for vehicle insurance.
- MAMackenzie AranasFeb 6, 20261.0Avoid AMA insurance at all costs. They have no respect for paying customers and will lie about costs and increase prices without telling you first. Do not work with Maria. She is unprofessional and does not know what she is doing. There was a clerical error on my file, she guaranteed me that I would not be charged once it was corrected and now I have been informed that I will in fact be charged more even after correcting the error. Edit from their reply: yes there was a clerical error on how my abstract transferred and that isn’t AMAs fault. AMA is in the wrong for how the situation was handled. My rate was changed without my knowledge, I was promised that once the paperwork got fixed that I wouldn’t be charged anything extra but for the second time in a week AMA went behind my back and upped my rate. There is no consistency and your reply shows a lack of accountability. Your advisor Maria fully acknowledged that she was wrong and now you’re hiding and saying it’s not your fault.
