Hot Tub Store
Porter Chopping, from whom we take our name, began doing business as a retailer in carpeting, plumbing, and electrical items for the homes and businesses of Fremont County in September, 1978 in a small establishment on Riverview Road in Riverton, Wyoming. Porter soon acquired some much needed and very able assistance from Lennie Kosirog, who, with his wife Gwen, had come from Chicago to settle in the wide open spaces of Wyoming. Under this leadership, Porter’s Mountain View Supply has continued growing into the 21st century.
As the community grew and changed, Porter’s modified it’s inventory to meet those changing needs, developing into one of the states largest retailers of wood, gas, and pellet stoves, hearth products, hot tubs and spas, outdoor and patio furniture and grills, plus audio, video, televisions, and satellite reception services. Both Porter’s locations, Riverton and Casper, are now authorized agents for Union Cellular, providing cell phone service to Wyoming residents.
Porter’s has grown from a partnership of less than three employees to a corporation that employs more than twenty-eight individuals. In that time we have moved from the Riverview Road location to a large showroom with extensive warehousing on East Sunset in Riverton, and in November of 2004 opened our second store on Denis Drive in Casper, Wyoming.
Lennie and Gwen have taken over ownership, and Porter’s Mountain View Supply will be here to assist you when you want to “put the living back in life”.
Remember, “Service AFTER the Sale” has been Porter’s motto for over 33 years. You can depend on us for assistance and repairs long after the original purchase.

The two fellas that repaired my stove were very nice and worked quickly! They were in and out in a flash. My stove works great, the service was better than great, 10/10!
