If I could give zero stars I would. Asked to be removed from a call list for a reference and was treated extremely rude .. Let them know they called 6 times in a row and had proof and was told no they didn’t. Lol Verizon just magically puts your number on my phone bill ?? lol.

This is the best furniture store in town. Everything is always so clean and well set up. Each living room set has matching tables and rugs making it easy to see a scene in my home. Antonia and Kristin are such great people to be around and interact with. Always happy. Best customer service. Cleanest furniture store I’ve ever been in. Will keep coming back.

Will never rent from this location again. One of the most unprofessional unorganized Aaron’s I’ve ever rented from! I paid for a washer for 2 years and had one payment of $32 dollars left. I was in the middle of moving so I called the store and spoke with one of the workers to inform them my last payment would be made on a certain day. They said absolutely congratulations on paying it off and they will put it on my account the pay date I made. I had the woman who’d I assume is the manger or owner show up beating on my door telling me I was 30 days behind and needed to pay or she was removing my washer. I showed her my account proving I was not behind nor was my payment even due yet. That it was changed and She screamed and threatening me and said that doesn’t matter that’s my store it has to go through me! After a screaming match I slammed the door and called the main Arron’s corporate number come to find out I wasn’t behind at all and my washer had been paid off this whole time so her little pathetic stunt was just a scam. and they are looking into it. So needless to say she’s scamming people and coming after you once you are paid off or almost paid off.

My parents are 79 and 80 sold their home Aaron's moved their stackable washer and dryer to new location 3 weeks ago the washer now does not work. We have talked to Antonia several times and all we get is email has been sent wait for t and t appliances they gave them a 2 week payment off and still have not heard anything 3 weeks later won't give them a loaner cuz its a stackable so have to make other arrangements for washing their clothes. We have never had a problem on our items so is it because my parents are old they are dragging their feet. They are the ones they should be going above and beyond on since they can't get around. Making me have second thoughts on their service

Ordered my stuff over 2.5 weeks ago, they said they would deliver today at 3pm , still waiting , the representative guy or what ever he is the one who answered the phone today was short and not to friendly. I hope the product is better than the service.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
