After a quick search Drew, an employee offered to pick some up at a location in Colorado and left a message that it was waiting for me in Cheyenne. Can’t thank you enough! Project completed and best customer service ever!

We live a hour away & don't have a truck to get these bigger appliances to our home so we wanted delivery. Beth was awesome on helping us get set up and help us with our purchase. We were able to get the microwave in our car though. Since then, it has been a nightmare. They contracted the installation and delivery out to a 3rd party that barley speaks English, making it hard to communicate and understand why my brand new dishwasher is not working properly and put the old back in and left. Meanwhile, my dryer is just sitting in the store because I got told they could put it on their truck, no need for a extra delivery fee. OK cool. But now the 3rd party refuses to put it on their truck because we didn't pay for delivery. It has now been almost a month since we made this purchase and Noone knows when the dryer can get up here to me (not even the manager), but at least the replacement dishwasher will be in soon. I just want my stuff we paid almost $2,000 for instead of just sitting in the store. If i known it was going to be this much of a hassle, I would of went somewhere else.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
