    Normal Lowe's. They have more checkouts than other hardware stores around here. They are usually a pain to find stuff. I loved when they added the feature online where it will tell you where stuff is in the store, but it's never right.

    We purchased a stove at Lowes in Cheyenne. Let's just say, the experience has been nothing but bad. The person we purchased the stove from led is to believe that the delivery people would install it. When confronted about that not happening, she would not help us until we made an admission to her that we were the ones who messed up. She was supposed to schedule the installation. That never happened. I spoke with a manager this morning and told her about the situation. I also told her we had filled out the survey at the bottom of the receipt where we asked for someone to call. She insisted we must have not filled it out as she had not seen it. We had. The pattern at this store is trip blame the customer for any problem they have and not fix it. Colorado is not far from Cheyenne. I would recommend that people go there. As you'll see, Lowes said to access a URL to tell someone about this issue. Tried to, but it is incomprehensible how to get to it.

    I actually really like Lowe’s as a store, but today I selected an item because it was on sale for a lower price. When I got to the checkout with an item and it rang up for a different price than what was clearly marked on it. I talked to the person working the self check out about it. She had someone go check and verify that it was marked at the lower price, but said that was supposed to have been a one day sale. They refused to honor the price they had marked on it. To me that’s an integrity issue that makes it hard to continue wanting to shop there.

    My husband and I were in your store, Sunday evening November 23rd looking at Christmas trees. We found the one we wanted. 7 ft Colorado spruce artificial. We spoke to the young man on the floor super nice. He looked for the tree and couldn't find the one we wanted, he went to, I want to say it was probably the customer service desk. The lady working there came over said the only one left was the display, they were willing to sell us. Very nice lady. They give us the 10% discount and it was already on sale. She even offered to show us Christmas tree bags if we wanted to purchase one. The young man(I'm sorry I didn't get his name. Brown hair about 5'9 where's glasses real thin built. I think he was wearing hearing aids) he took the Christmas tree apart loaded it on the cart. We went back to the garden center and paid, super nice employee back there also. They were all so helpful and so friendly, we left there was such a good feeling. We're from Colorado.We like to shop in Cheyenne. These were three amazing employees I wish I would have got all their names. Thank you so much!
