    They do not offer truck rentals here! :/ Very inconvenient as I was told that all Lowe's offer this.

    Where do I start? June 2025.. Bought a new Frigidaire Refrigerator. Fast forwar to middle of September 2025...Refrigerator is 50+° and getting warmer. I call Lowes...I am turned over to A&E REPAIR (out of Greeley, CO). They can't get a repairman to my home until Oct 2nd. Repairman comes, orders a part to be delivered to my home. I never received the UPS delivery...Repairman returns and I have no part so he leaves an reorders rhe part. Never received the part, the repairman comes again...reorders part and leaves. I call Lowes and am given 800# to Frigidaire because it is under warranty!!! Call to UPS waste of time because I can only the little UPS store. UPS delivery guy says he left it at my front door. No picture with tracking!!! I was home with door open ALL day!! A new A&E Repairman returns and renders parts (4th time)!!! Still no UPS delivery!!! Been to talk to Lowes CS and Appliance Dept and Managers twice now. They continue to try to work thru 800 automated systems with Frigidaire and A&E REPAIR!!! Today, Oct 29th I am still without a refrigerator and no answers!!! A&E Repair continues to send me texts to let me know they will be at my house Friday, Oct. 31st to repair my refrigerator. Surprise!!!!!! I again have no parts for them and UPS can't seem to figure out where they are being delivered!!!! 4 TIMES!!!! I have been living out of a styrofoam cooler, buying ice and tossing more spoiled food since the middle of September!!!! I don't know where to go from here!!! I am paying for a refrigerator under warranty, and a 3 year extended warranty that is sitting unplugged and not working!!! Hours on the phone with unsuccessful automated calls that go nowhere and Lowes employees trying to help me but unsuccessful as well!!! ALL I WANT IS WHAT I AM PAYING FOR!!!! I NEED A REFRIGERATOR!!!! Is this too much to expect and ask for? HELP HELP HELP!!! SURPRISE!!!! And again another automated appointment reminder ( just now) for an A&E REPAIRMAN coming to my house Friday, Oct 31st to install repairs (I have never received) to my refrigerator !!! YES, I have texted and attempted to let them know I have no parts but you gotta love this impersonal automation...don't we?

    The AI calling system is straight garbage. You're forced to talk to it and it doesn't work well. It seems like it is purposely doesn't let you talk to a person. When after a dozen attempts to get an answer, be transferred somewhere or talk to a person I spoke to someone. The person was helpful but was very short.
