One employee who we asked a question in the paint area literally said "I'm ignoring you because I'm not on the clock yet". We asked for a couple of paint stirrers! Maybe it would be better to leave them out for self service like the other guys do. The employee at the service desk couldn't help us with our pro account, and certainly informed us of that! Not one person asked if they could help us as we went through the store. Recently decided to get a HD card and certainly know why after this visit.
- MKMorgan KolbeDec 15, 20252.0Normally have good experiences there. That’s why I’m giving it a 2 star instead of 1. It’s a cold day. Their green house was maybe 40 degrees. You could tell it had dropped lower due to many of the plants being frozen. I snagged a couple and asked an employee about a discount of damaged ones (figured I could save them with extra care and cutting the bad off). She said unless marked, they are full price. She also mentioned that they wouldn’t have cold damage due to being in green house. I explained that for tropical plants they will die if it’s below 55 constantly. I realized that it was going to be a fight so I backed off. I found her extremely rude, but it could have been my mood. I put them back. I’m not paying full price for a plant that’s in distress. Lowe’s if you going to have plants either discount the frozen ones or heat your green house to an appropriate temperature. I’ll wait until summer to see if it’s worth making it a constant stop again. Lost my business for a while.

Had i purchased this item through the app and drove to pick it up i'd have wasted more than my time and gas, they'd have taken my money too. Asked to speak with a manger, when she finally stepped away from her cell phone her best response was "so.... call corporate" Lowes Vienna, your staff is trash

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
