I witnessed him harassing an employee who was clearly working hard to keep up with the crowd, while he stood idly by joking around with a young girl next to him. The contrast was disturbing...rather than stepping in to support his team during a busy rush, he chose to demean them in front of everyone. The tension among the staff was obvious as I even overheard two employees saying how tired they were of the situation. This kind of unprofessionalism creates a toxic environment for both employees and customers. I will not be returning.
