I have leased a washer a dryer and a riding mower with them. The riding mower by the second time my husband used it began to make a terrible noise and right after it no longer operated correctly and he lost the use of the brakes. I called and they came out to get the mower and left a beat up loaner that didn't like to start. I called a month later and asked if there was an eta on the return of my mower because if it wasn't going to be anytime soon I was cancelling my lease. I was screamed at being told no that I had to wait and I was not allowed to cancel the lease because it was a riding mower. Btw $258 a month for a mower I don't have access to. I checked my lease and it says that as long as it was functioning and not disrepair by my fault I could leave the lease. Today December 2, 2025 I called again inquiring about the mower and the accounts manager got an attitude with me and said that is not how it works. He proceeded to mansplain to me that if I was paying for a car and needed a repair that I would still have to make payments. I told him that if I took my vehicle somewhere and it took that long I would never return and take my business elsewhere. With it being compared to a car I returned to the dealer and this dealer sold me a lemon. Why should I house a beat up old barely running riding mower and not have access to the one I purchased and have it in good condition. Each time I call in reference to the mower I get met with attitude... This time he was on speaker phone and I had witnesses to the way he addressed me the entire time. They need to do better with their attitudes they get close to $400 out of me each month with what I do lease. They need knocked down a few pegs for sure!

I've gotten items from them several times but never will I ever go there again. My wife got an item from them which was supposed to be free for a certain amount of time but when she went to return it because she couldn't use it well it was a mess. The guy who was working at the time even threaten to take her to court. This place has truly gone down hill , main thing is lesson learned. Never will I shop there again . I mean it wouldn't have been bad but they sent her a coupon good for 90 days wrist free to try out a product and if it didn't work out she could return it.But when she went to return it all hell broke lose. The guy who came up to the register was rude as hell. I normally get things from there and pay the balance before the 120 days is up but there's no way that I'll ever step foot in there again

Joe is very unprofessional and rude, I got an iPhone, there was a simple misunderstanding on the auto pay, failing to tell me that if the payment didn’t come out automatically that I’d have to pay for the full month. He asked me what I could pay and I told him what I had left to my name wondering what the least amount I could pay was and I got told “I didn’t ask for your guilt trip, I asked how much you could pay not what your funds are” so I asked to return the product and got told I would have to bring it in. I live 45 mins away and they know I don’t have transportation because they had to bring it to me. But I’m being told they don’t have to come get it bc they “aren’t wasting their time for something I no longer want” so now I’m stuck with something I no longer want due to their unprofessionalism or I have to deal with the legal consequences because they won’t work with me and get the product. So I do not recommend at all.
