- KAkim AyersApr 7, 20261.0I had 3 different contracts with Aarons from January to April. Now, when I buy items from them, I used same as cash where I pay my merchandise off in 4 months. Well , the manager there chris tells me that's the employee that worked there wrote it up to be taken out automatically on a 4 month, same as cash and was terminated for that. When he was standing there when she did it, so he should be terminated as well. This store is a joke and now they're saying I still owe them $70 when I have proof that I paid every dime up from January to April. If anything they owe me money back.\n Chris said corporate is just gonna write the $70 off and they will cover it, because they know, I don't owe them nothing because they know if I owed them $,70, they would be coming after my items that I bought from them. I don't recommend anyone going to this store in Summersville, West Virginia, they are a joke. My husband and I have been a customer with Aarons for almost fifteen years and we are gold customers , and this is how we get treated.

I then was harassed numerous times a day with voicemails from Tommy, stating he wanted his merchandise back and that he was going to take me to court and file charges on me. I try to give them the opportunity to come get it, then they say they can't come get it and want me to return it myself. I tell them that isn't possible as my truck is broke down. Then they say that they will be out to get it, then never show up. And again threatening with legal actions. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
