The storm door took almost 1/2 year. The glass in the main entry door is wrong. The salesman said to have let the installer put it in and the glass would be corrected later. It was not corrected. No manager at the store will answer calls. After months, I finally agreed (with the salesman) to take a partial credit and another storm door (at no charge) as compensation for the mess. I got the partial credit but no storm door. The second entry door creeks like it is 100 years old. The inside trim is way too tight with lots of caulk added to a misaligned corner.
