    Ordered a sliding glass door with installation in mid July 2025. Was assured at the time that installation would take place within 3-4 months. First attempt at installation was scheduled for mid December 2025 ... so already way late. That one was cancelled the day prior & has yet to be rescheduled despite my repeated pleas to get the work finished. I paid IN FULL in July. Lowe's has had over $3600 of my money for over 6 months and has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

    a couple of weeks ago, i came in because my kitchen sink broke and i needed a new one in a pinch. after we picked which sink we wanted, an employee came and checked on us, the hovered nearby us. as we walked away from the sinks, the employee followed us to the lighting section where he continued to hover. i walked around the lighting section for a bit while my wife ran to the car to grab my wallet for me so we could pay and leave. then another employee walked up to me from a neighboring aisle to ask me how i was doing. then when my wife came back in and i was looking at the smart bulbs, a random employee who was nowhere near us walked up to us to check on us again. we weren’t there super long, less than 30 mins, or close to closing time and i didn’t even touch the shelves except to grab the sink so i have no idea why the employees were walking up to me so often. overall, it was an extremely uncomfortable experience and i likely won’t be returning to this lowe’s if i am going to be treated like a thief for browsing

    This Lowe’s utilizes HUB Group for appliance delivery in the Pittsburgh and Morgantown area. I was supposed to receive my refrigerator early the next week (Tuesday) after ordering, however they never showed and I had to call them to ask about delivery only to be told it wasn’t going to be delivered due to “a truck issue” or “weather,” I guess they weren’t sure which was the culprit. It had snowed, however all roads were bare by that afternoon. They quoted me delivery one week later, unacceptable, and after complaining I was able to get deliver scheduled the same week on a Friday. I was called when my delivery window started (4-8) and they said they couldn’t deliver due to an “impassable bridge,” but they were still 3 stops from my house so never even attempted. I was again placed back to the end of the line with earliest date for delivery next Thursday. So still waiting…if you live in the Pittsburgh or Morgantown area, I wouldn’t use Lowe’s or this deliver service. If you call to try to resolve this issue you will be transferred around and never receive resolution.
