They rely on a 3rd party service for their deliveries and the company that handles the deliveries does not even attempt to deliver your appliances. 2 delivery attempts and 4 days later and still no fridge that we paid over $1400 for! The delivery driver made it just to the top of our road and turned around so fast we weren’t able to catch him. It was obvious he had no interest in even trying to make the delivery happen. Not even after calling him 20 times to try and help him get to the right house. I called a local business in the area and was able to speak to someone who was polite and able to help us with next day delivery. Purchase and support local businesses, not these corporate clowns that don’t give a rats behind whether you get your overpriced applicant or not.
