Stephen Koval contacted me at a later date to discuss my bad review and if there was anything he could do to correct what had gone wrong, with my fireplace. I had purchased from them. After a long correspondence back and forth to solve the problem he made sure it was made right. Stephan went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the product we had purchased from them. I can’t say enough about his kindness and caring attitude, not to mention his professionalism. I would definitely recommend Koval Supply and would recommend dealing with Stephen. Thanks again Stephen for everything you did and making things right.
