    As a customer and DoorDasher the employees here are amazing. Very nice and helpful. The store is also very clean all the time.

    people working here not helpful and get angry when you ask them question. Also, I ordered two large items here online to be shipped. One they cancelled on their own, I had to reorder waited for 2.5 months - then I cancelled and ordered item at Best Buy and pu same day. The other, I ask to return no paperwork left, dust on item that was supposed to be put togther (not new). They did not show up x2 on 3rd time did pu, but then did not give my refund (snowblower) I had to call x3 and tell the whole story again. finally get refunded a month after returned. NOT WORTH MY TIME AND ENERGY DEALING WITH THEM

    Bought a home and started doing renovations I went to Lowe's looking for Windows and they said oh we can have someone come out and give you a quote no problem I said okay I also would love to have a quote for HVAC as well. HVAC guy comes out and two weeks later still didn't have a quote had to beg him for one and he finally sent me a quote and they've never followed up never asked if I had any questions never nothing. Then I had the window guy come out, before he even came out I said I'd like to get this installed and everything as soon as possible okay no problem so then I started getting all these emails about financing through Lowe's all this stuff I never asked for that I don't want to finance, just tell me how much it is so I can either get the windows or not. Goes out there measures the windows and says the windows that you want are all on sale but of course there's a butt you probably won't get them till February or March because they're not in stock. He was trying to sell me Anderson Windows there's other window makers did you check them to see when they could get them no because Anderson was on sale. Got the quote from him have never heard another word from him, no follow-up no hey are you interested or did you want to try to get American Standard or any other maker that they carry. So yeah Lowe's is not it. Extremely disappointed

    The company Lowe's not only don't care about their customers, but also, really hard to deal with if there is anything goes wrong with their products or installations issues. I don't understand how is a "huge" company doesn't have any records of their sales or especially, installations that cost to the customers thousands and thousands of dollars. Why nobody cares to reply in timely manner? They purposely wait until their "warranty " expired, and then they will tell you, "we are very sorry, but your warranty is already expired." What? I called and emailed multiple times. I spoke to representatives and left multiple messages to the "manager", and now "Lowe's management" will tell me that my warranty expired? No, I filed my complaint way before my warranty expired, so it counts from the time I filed the complaint, and not from the time Lowe's finally decided to reply to me. It is unbelievable that a regular customer is so unprotected from bed businesses. It is very sad that nobody can help a regular human being unless you have a lots of money to protect yourself from a very bad business like Lowe's! 😢💔🙏
