We had driven by Flohr, in Martinsburg, numerous times over the past year I finally stopped in and was met by Travis Knight. Travis is an expert in hot tubs. We looked at several floor models and he described the features of each model and how they compared to each other. His style is more like a friend rather than a salesman. Six days later the hot tub was delivered and set down on its final location. A couple of hours later the electricians showed up, installed an outdoor subpanel, ran an electric line from the service panel and finished up early the next day. All we needed now was water. Due to the very hard water we have in WV, Flohr arranged the delivery of softened & heated water. It felt so good to be back in our new hot tub that night. The next morning, Travis, drove out Shepherdstown to take us through the chemicals, their purpose, amounts and their frequency of use. He also walked us through the spa controls for the various water jet styles. He wanted to make sure we were educated in maintaining water quality and that we were completely happy with our purchase. Travis you are a great representative for Flohr and we thank you for a positive, comfortable and pleasant experience. B&L P
