Worst place to deal with ever! Bought a Whirlpool oven that’s still under warranty and it locked up so called them and we got the run around, so we called the manufacturer and they were so upset and apologized over and over again and scheduled a technician immediately and they are calling Lowe’s to talk to them about our experience! We should have known better than to go back to Lowe’s but unfortunately we did to buy a refrigerator and one would think living within 2 miles that they could deliver before noon as my husband works but NO! We had to re-schedule/cancel once and was told by the driver that he doesn’t load the truck and the people who do don’t know how and put our refrigerator in the very back making it the last delivery not the first. On the day it was re-scheduled, they did the same exact thing! So we just canceled the entire purchase because I still haven’t got my oven fixed and I don’t trust that my refrigerator will be installed correctly and if something goes wrong with it ? I’m just not sure now that they are not going to give us the same treatment! We are completely done with Lowe’s now! Done and dusted! Horrible customer service but very nice installation man for my oven!

Why do I need to walk all over the store to locate a product? Because Lowes bean counter think you'll buy more. Nope!
Certain tools are locked, with no one to assist in retrieving them. High crime area? Hire enough staff to monitor events, and assist customers...like you are supposed to. I will not shop this lowes, ever again.

I was supposed to have a taller toilet installed on 10/10/25 by Mega Plumbing Corp., on behalf of Lowe’s in Lewisburg, WV. Two gentlemen came and I showed them the bathroom where it was to be installed. They used a tape measure and said it could not be done because the toilet I had ordered required a rough in measurement of 12 but mine was 10. They returned the toilet to the store and told me I would have to contact Lowe’s and order the smaller size.
An installer for Lowe’s installed my previous toilet and that was never mentioned so I measured the space and it was 12 inches. I took a picture and showed it to Lowe’s and the rough in showed 12 inches. They kindly refunded my money and I had Home Depot install a toilet with a 12 inch rough in.
I am totally disappointed because Lowes remodeled both of my bathrooms several years ago and I have always been pleased with their professionalism. Lowes did refund the amounts paid.
