How do I send pictures of the proof it did not cut the key it..will not work in our door etc.. this is not acceptable this is in convenience people's life when they are in a hurry ...it didn't give us the third one for free like it said it was going to. We paid for two and it said it was going to give us a third one for free but it didn't.. but that's okay...an I live right down the road from Kroger in Huntington wv how do I get this fixed? We just spent $21 very frustrated Thank you guys so much for replacing the refund.. and I definitely like the machine it's pretty cool that's why I gave you guys five stars I just wish my key would have worked. That was honestly the fastest refund I've ever got in my life LOL. But I hope you guys get your machine fixed soon I will still recommended to people cuz I think it's still pretty cool.
