- DDDelanieApr 2, 20261.0So we're behind 1 payment on a couch , we run our own buisness and get deposits in once a month for payroll ect , we switched software last month and had a hiccup so missed a payment , we explained that to Jeremy when he called and that we coukd make a good faith payment of 200$ today and we woukd just pay off the whole agreement on the 18th sonwe wouldnt have to deal with it anymore but couldn't do over that because it just wasn't possible at the moment. Jeremy declines and gets an attitude threatens to send people to my house then says were over due by 2 months , had to call our banker and have her send over statements and even had to offer for mr Jeremy to call and dispute it with he declines and keeps pushing the matter further in a hostile manner . Judging by all the reviews in the past few months I've seen it seems like that whole store needs a clean slate and new employees.

No contact from the store, on the promised delivery date. Called Saturday, was told(rudely) they didn't get a truck, and it would be another week. The associate that I spoke to said that they would call when they received them in store to arrange delivery. No one called on the promised date, so I called again, and was told they were in, but couldn't be delivered to me until the middle of the next week. I am obviously upset over the amount of lies I am being fed, so I asked for a prorated payment due to the fact that it's been 3 weeks since I paid, and still don't have a washer and dryer. I was transferred to a manager, and told that my money was being refunded, and my account closed, very rudely I might add. Forgive me for being "short" with your associate , but being lied to, and spoken rudely to, generally put people in sour moods. Don't waste your money on rude, and untruthful service.

Bunch of moody people that needs lessons on how to talk to people! I could understand maybe if my mom was being rude then sure go for it but the fact she WASNT is sicking!

Them didn't work had return mine second day and my husbands we havin to return hasn't worked since got it ... found paper work on it his bene in flood ... cherget port must be bad and battery and still want us pay on it to return it... no way Last time we got washer and dryer from them we got bugs ... And got hung up on also when told them put outside we have to work I live in nice area in counrty way and got aggravated say I well responsible they be there Wednesday hung up... Never again...

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
