I went in to purchase a new washer, found a better deal online, canceled my order stood in store and ordered it online, had to talk with the manager about why I still was getting charged for the install packages when it said it came with the purchase of over $2500. She then told argued with me for over 20min about the subtotal and if I ordered it online or if I did it in store even though I had told her 6 plus times I had done it online after I canceled the order. She kept talking down to me like I’m stupid, which has happened a few times in the store times, which I can only assume is because I don’t look like I have money because I do not dress to impress, so they think I’m poor or something. But I am in fact a 100% disabled veteran and I have a decent income. But regardless, instead of just telling me that the product itself has to be over $2500 in order to get the free installation and items needed for my new dryer, she wanted to try and talk to me like I was stupid. I have witnesses to everything I have said here and from the last time I was treated like a bum or a lower class person. This Lowe’s will never see another penny from me or my family. Lowe’s itself will be lucky if I ever spend another penny in there again. I have spent thousands of dollars on Lowe’s over the last 3-4 months and I’m done with them. The Fayetteville store location should be shut down. Period.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
