- KTkelsey thompsonMar 14, 20261.0We have a time with Lowe’s. We shop there at least once a week and we recently ordered a washer and dryer for our new home and a grill. We were told next day shipping but ended up being over a week for delivery … when they arrived they attempted to give us the display grill and it was rusted , and scratched in multiple places. The dryer was also scratched on the front and side. I attempted to call the store and spoke with the asst manager and she told me it was not the display but couldn’t explain the rust on it. The delivery guy also confirmed it was the display. We have not been told when our next delivery will be but it was not a pleasant experience.

He pretended he couldn’t hear me even though the girl that transferred me heard my request and I made a call out right after and was heard 🤔 This put a bad taste in my mouth for every Lowe’s everywhere. This area doesn’t have many hardware stores and I will make it my life’s mission to ensure no one I know even propagates a leaf from a dying plant in the outdoors section. I wish I could take stars instead of give one.

- KWKylen WhippDec 29, 20251.0Bought Christmas light online from an after Christmas sale on 12/26. Online shows the items have free returns as well as the email I received allowed for returns. The item was supposed to be warm white but was cool white and did not match the other same warm white lights I had at home. There was also an elderly gentleman in front me that had bought lights the day before there that didn’t even work. Lowe’s had refused to accept returns. I spoke with Allie who stated the store manager had decided to enact a policy to not accept any Christmas returns. I showed her both the online listing and my email showing that the item is listed as returnable. She told me that they didn’t care what was listed and that it wasn’t their problem even though acknowledging it was “misleading”. Clearly Lowe’s has found a way to intentionally sell cheap, broken and mislabeled products and then hide behind a shadow policy that isn’t posted anywhere online when the items are purchased. Talk about false advertising!

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

You can cancel items from orders that haven’t yet shipped or haven't been picked up in store by signing into your MyLowe’s account and selecting Orders & Purchases. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
