This is the worst company I have dealt with. 0 help from customer service at the store OR with corporate. Called this lovely location and asked for the store manager. He pretended he couldn’t hear me even though the girl that transferred me heard my request and I made a call out right after and was heard 🤔
This put a bad taste in my mouth for every Lowe’s everywhere. This area doesn’t have many hardware stores and I will make it my life’s mission to ensure no one I know even propagates a leaf from a dying plant in the outdoors section. I wish I could take stars instead of give one.

Bought Christmas light online from an after Christmas sale on 12/26. Online shows the items have free returns as well as the email I received allowed for returns. The item was supposed to be warm white but was cool white and did not match the other same warm white lights I had at home. There was also an elderly gentleman in front me that had bought lights the day before there that didn’t even work. Lowe’s had refused to accept returns. I spoke with Allie who stated the store manager had decided to enact a policy to not accept any Christmas returns. I showed her both the online listing and my email showing that the item is listed as returnable. She told me that they didn’t care what was listed and that it wasn’t their problem even though acknowledging it was “misleading”. Clearly Lowe’s has found a way to intentionally sell cheap, broken and mislabeled products and then hide behind a shadow policy that isn’t posted anywhere online when the items are purchased. Talk about false advertising!

Called first while on way there and no one answered. Got there and no one was working in the millworks department to help. Took 10 mins for them to find someone. When they got there found out that lowes didnt even carry a simple standard interior door. Would have to special order and it would be over $800.00 for a hollow core door. Thats ok Homedepot had it for $65.00

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
