- PPPoppy6 days ago4.0I like the products well enough. However if you have to look for anything you will be followed like a shoplifter. The cashier's are friendly and fast checkout. It's just not fun to shop with someone watching over your shoulder at every turn.

- MFMiguel FigueroaJan 21, 20261.0I ordered my first ever curbside pick up i went to give the guy my barcode for pick up and helped him open my trunk. I ordered three bags of 40 pound rock salt. The store associate stated "why dont you help me you look 20 years younger than me" then when i said "i cant i just had surgery and i cant pick that up". Then he went off then said "yeah youre on disability and just had surgery like the rest of West Virginia". When i literally just had surgery in my abdomen and cant pick up anything over ten pounds for the next three weeks. I genuinely felt bad for the guy but its generally the only reason i ordered for curbside pick up for the first time EVER and i shopped here frequently IM A GOLD STATUS MEMBER. Not anymore. Home depot will be my go too now. Lowes took my feedback and said they will compensate me with a $25 gift card who knows if anything will get done. This was a literally 30 sec interaction for my first curbside ever. Hell yeah im going to post this everywhere because this is crappy behavior.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
