I was at this store from out of town. I was looking at hanging plants by the register. I turned the paper looking for the price . I did not pull hard or yank the plant it just fell in floor and the pot broke. I think it wasn’t securely hung in the first place because it shouldn’t have fallen by barely touching the tag. A man came over after some nice employees said don’t worry about it we’ll clean it up as I was trying to pick up pieces of the small pot. I said I was wanting to buy that and he immediately said “Do you want to buy the one you broke” in a rude way .He didn’t let me explain what happened he just said are you ready to check out. I did not break it . It fell because it was not hung properly. I in fact my did buy it but he was rude and not helpful or anything.

I would recommend not using this LOWES for any kitchen cabinets or countertop installations. They sub out their work and then when the work isn’t done, the take the word of their installers and not the customer and guess who get screwed… the customer.
Poor service… you pay them for the work and cabinets, then they leave you in the dust to deal with people that you have no customer relationship with the solve their problems. I guess as long as they get their money that is all that counts.
Not all LOWES are like this…. But this one is! Stay away! Not worth the hassle.
