    Worst customer service. Waited nearly 30 minutes had department page twice never did show up. Went to find a manager. Valeria couldn’t stop playing on her phone long enough to care. Start shopping at Home Depot.

    They do price matching until I found a lower price and then suddenly they don’t do price matching anymore. Trying to charge more than double MSRP on items and refusing to match other retailers after I showed pricing for less at target. Store manager was too incompetent to know the difference between market prices and retail prices.

    Tuesday, November 25th my 10 year old Samsung dryer wouldn't turn on. Friday the 28th we found out it would be around $850 to repair it. We decided not a chance and headed to Lowe's. It was Black Friday, which worked out great for us. Found a nice Samsung washer/dryer set and ordered it with deliver, stack kit, and haul away on old appliances. We were told that it would be delivered Monday, December 1st. Fantastic! Little did we know that was the start of the worst experience with Lowe's we've ever had. On Monday, the delivery driver calls to tell us they don't have the stack kit on the truck but wants to deliver anyway. We refuse because our space requires the appliances be stacked. They say they can't get the stack kit to deliver until Thursday, December 4th. Already getting a little annoyed, but fine. When they showed up that Thursday to deliver both appliances were dented and damaged, the washer enough so on the panel with the electrical components and motor that we were worried it would cause a fire if we ran it. The drivers said if they took them back quickly we could get undamaged appliances the next day. Friday, December 5th rolls around and we don't here anything from Lowe's, not a peep. I have to call customer service on Monday, December 8th just to ask what is actually happening. Despite my growing frustration and anger, I do my best to remain polite with the service rep, and she informs me that the delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, December 10th, which no one had ever communicated with us. We've been unable to do laundry in our own home for weeks now and are quite upset, but fine. Yesterday on Wednesday, December 10th we get a call from someone at Lowe's asking if they were supposed to order the washer/dryer for us, because they had the order sitting on their desk. The delivery truck has already left for the day. We won't be getting our appliances that day, and couldn't even tell us when we might actually get them. We are so unbelievably angry. We have chosen Lowe's over Home Depot for years because we always felt we received better customer service with Lowe's but this is utterly ridiculous. Our appliances and service fees have been fully paid for since November 28th and have yet to be delivered. The most we've been offered is empty apologies and platitudes. If you actually need something delivered, maybe try somewhere else, because I can't say Lowe's in Kanawha City is wholly unreliable.
