Have lost count how many times I've been in the framing department and can't get anyone to help me. One day there was actually somebody but they're in the back working and there was four or five of us standing there and waited and waited and waited and finally walked off. After two different associates told us they would get somebody to help us. So now fortunately have given up on the Beckley store and guess I have to drive all the way to Charleston???
