    Aaron's in Charleston WV is amazing. Jay and John are amazing delivery guys. They took time to give my dog a treat and set everything up for me and my fiance and all I can say is there were amazing. Thank you Aaron's and Thank you Jay and John if I could give you all a 10 star rating I would

    Waiting on a Delivery. Called the store they said they would check. Line got disconnected. I call back and they said oh yea the line got disconnected. My delivery was scheduled 10a-12p i called at 1130a to make sure it was still coming. They said yes but later on in the day. Im in the middle of moving and change my sleeping schedule most of the time im asleep in the day time and up evens cause i work over nights. So I ask for a time they said they didnt have one that they was really behind. Why did i even change my schedule now it looks like ill be up all day and night. It now Dec15 my bed Broke on Nov 26 called they said they need pictures so I sent them they said we need to talk to the store manager I am still waiting to get the call from them even tho I try to call multiple times and it just rings. Not happy

    I have mixed emotions about Aaron's. We've tried to rent things on a few prior occasions without much success. Either staff, including management, was extremely rude or there was a month's wait to get anything from being told that they had nothing in stock when there was a floor full of merchandise. We needed a bed desperately and so we decided to give it another chance. I did not want to deal with the staff so I tried to place my order online, which was unsuccessful. Subsequently, I was forced to call the store. However, when I did, I spoke with an associate by the name of Jennifer who was eager to assist and provided great customer service. She advised that I needed to come into the store which I reluctantly did. But as nice and helpful as Jennifer was, the other employees were just the opposite. In fact, we arrived with over an hour before they closed and instead of being efficient at their position, the other girl proceeded to waste over an hour of our time and told us about 10 minutes before closing that they would have to finish it tomorrow. I was told that I would get a call the following morning but did not hear from anyone. I had to call several times to get the transaction completed. We are still waiting to see how the delivery goes.

    Called to possibly make a purchase had a few questions, and from the start the gentlemen sounded annoyed to acting in a rude manner never rented from aarons before. From my point of view asa potential customer I do not recomend them nor will it cross my mind to do business with them!
