Happens all the time. Another good one....customer ..where is the---? Employee...I dont really know, I'll search around....never to be seen again.
- JBJames BogieApr 1, 20262.0Three years ago we purchased a washer, and paid for a 5 year warranty. The washer had problems and it was too expensive to repair so we were given a gift card to replace it. When we went to pick out the new one that is when the issues started. The 2 years left on the warranty does not transfer to the new washer so we had to purchase a new one. We had to pay for delivery of the new washer that replaced the old one of theirs that failed. We had to pay for the disposal of the old washer of theirs that failed. And we had to purchase new hoses because they won’t touch your existing hoses that were ones we purchased from them when the first washer was installed. My mom is 86 years old, on social security and to replace the broken washer with the extended warranty which she paid $250 for was another $270. So….the warranty was $250, the replacement cost $270and the washer was only $600 new. It seems as if Lowe’s was the only one that benefited. The gift card was $618

Every time I deal with them it is a problem, damaged appliances, damaged deliveries, had a delivery driver show up with a fridge who was high out of his mind. None of the employees give a damn about any level of customer service. What's worse is I want them to not stink at what they do so bad, it is terribly inconvenient to drive to Clarksburg or Morgantown but what choice do you have?

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
