Terrible customer service. My fridge arrived without the ice maker that I had ordered and paid for. Thoroughly disgusted with their customer service. They did not even offer to ship the item to me, but offered to charge me another delivery fee. I will never again shop Lowe's, nor will I recommend them.

I was looking at over the range microwaves. It stated they had 3 in stock. So I went to the store and asked about getting one. They said they didn’t have any. I asked about another one and they didn’t have any either. The website said they had 2 in stock. I went to the front desk and when the item was looked up it said they had 7 of the first one I wanted. This lady went to look for it and they didn’t have any at all. I ordered from the Clarksburg, WV Lowe’s. They had 5 in stock. And it was ready in 2 hours for pickup. I won’t go back to Buckhannon, WV Lowe’s again. It’s a waste of time when the website says one thing and they don’t have it.
