I was starting to like Lowe's instead of Home Depot but the absolute failure and disconcern for customers who need a return has made me change my review. Prices are fine and the staff is smart enough but if you need to return something be prepared to spend a long time and receive an unsatisfactory experience. They are friendly enough at least but if the same amount of energy went into making sure the return lanes were as clear as the checkout lanes, I probably would have continued to shop here. Just dont ever need a return and it will be fine.

This store actively despise customers and vets at the end of december/early jan i had ordered some lumber to do my front porch and on the way out obliterated 2 fence posts a gate and left deep ruts in my yard that are 12 ft long by 8 wide or so and roughly 6 inches deep in spots they do not really wanna help with damages they caused there only offer while treating me like absolute dog poo was just a single post and gate which doesnt even come close to the damages ...EDIT and as for the supposed message and phone number you guys left below my review theyre both bad and i ended up getting the same results of being treated bad so my view of the beckley wv store is extreme hatred of u guys congrats on destroying property and its still true that you folks hate your customers and vets so it looks like your full of crud on 1 saying u want to help remedy this and 2 u do not take megative reviews and comments about the famage you guys caused seriously so if you have any spine you'lll personally reach out supposed owner but we both know that will never happen

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
