    I've spent over 15 grand at Lowes in the past few years alone, but they'll never see another dollar from me after today. I purchased a GE window unit and it wouldn't turn on 3 days later. Apparently Lowes considers window units as major appliances, and has a strict 48 hour return policy, and it has to be brand new and sealed. Home Depot and Menards are right down the street.

    We had flooring ordered for an entire house. A few days prior, we received a text from the installer that the flooring was to be in the house acclimating. Lowe’s had this HUGE order set up for pick up instead of delivery. Once that was settled, they couldn’t deliver because they had a truck that was too small to deliver. This was going to push the entire project back. The installer was kind enough to agree that they would pick up the order the day of installation. Then — Lowe’s delivers an unnecessary amount of plywood to the home the day the installation was finished. The installer did not need this. I called for it to be picked up along with 10 packages of leftover material. I waited all day today (pick up window was 11-3:30) and they never showed. I called at 6:30 pm and they claim “they didn’t know because they ticket didn’t print out” — this is BS… I called 3 times today for an update on their arrival and was told they were out and on the way. They are horrible!!!

    Not busy. Well stocked. Plenty of self-checks. Clean restroom. Store attendant pleasant attitude, helpful. Prices vary. Plumbing pipes $15-20 per 3 in. ny 10 ft. pipes.

    Was in the plumbing section of Lowe’s. And like always there was no one to help. They hire specialists to be in these spots to help you with your projects. Unfortunately most are never there. Or in my case this day they are somewhere else doing who knows what. This day I ask two employees one running a fork lift the other guiding him ,if they worked in plumbing “sorry no we don’t” I asked if the specialist was there. They said he is somewhere in the store I think in the back. Here’s what shocked me. They said let’s see if we can help you. Derick and Devon Neither had any idea what I was talking about but took the time to help me find the parts I needed. Then helped me look up if they would work on google. If they was the right size. These guys could’ve just said sorry and kept doing what they were doing, but they didn’t. They took the time understood what customer service was. And that little bit of time It helped me finish my project. Derick and Devon are the reason I wrote this review. Yes it’s one star for the store but it’s five stars for the two employees. I know they won’t get a raise or they won’t get anything for this because I work in customer service and I know employees don’t get raises for an Compliment. But they should again thank you Devon and Derick for being upstanding Lowe’s employees.
