He was very knowledgeable about my situation and made sure to tell me everything I would need to know about the pests, what he would be doing and what would happen from there on out. He left no stone unturned. I had another pest control company come the previous day and needles to say I did not go with their services!! I am so greatful for Appalachian pest control for their timely service, customer service from the beginning has been top tier!
