Called the number got mequon Wisconsin and not west bend they said no one was available to work. So the office was closed and I needed a new key to get in lost a customer because of It. So had to wait till Monday. Problem fixed. But lost a customer. UPDATE Now Wednesday the 10th of December I drive over to get into storage. I have a couple hours there to unload tools and organize my little work car. However I can't get in, the snow plows have covered the entrance to the gate and my work car got high centered and can't access the storage unit. Not plowed not safe and no access. So i drive around to the front low and behold no one is working. How do I know. 8 inches of fresh snow in the parking lot and not one tire track into the office area or parking lot. It stopped snowing at 4 am how do I known cause I was awake and up. So office closed all day and I can't get in. We pay 220 per month for you to be open when you say. We are requesting 4 .months free or face a lawsuit over missed work opportunities for me lost revenue and false advertising. it's Wisconsin it snows how are you people going to fix this for me and my family? Is it my fault you can not keep a staff or have the driveway plowed for safety ? Pathetic pathetic just absolutely sad run business. It's a joke oh but you want your money every month. So now I want mine. Better hurry up and make me an offer cause now I have had it.
