- LMLindsay MAug 31, 20201.0Rented storage from them for a little over 3 years. When it came time to cancel my storage, I told them I'd have my belongings out by the end of the month. On the 31st of the month I received a phone call from them before their business hours were even open, threatening to take legal action, and my credit would be affected, since I hadn't cleaned out my unit. (There was only a kitchen table and chairs left in the unit, I had already planned on going to get them that day and drop off the keys.) I had no issues with them previously, but that phone call rubbed me the wrong way, and i will never rent there again. It would have been one thing if the phone call was a reminder and not a threat.
