Many shelf items had no prices by them. Two employees were joking by the register about having drugs, when I went to check out the lady acted like I was the weird one for not knowing prices which were not labeled. Since Container Store charges 300% as much as their competitors, I would at least expect a friendly and professional experience, otherwise why go back…
