I went to asked the lady cashier thst worjs right next to the check-in area what I needed to do if I have curbside order and she was rude and shaking her head the whole time and giving me an attitude. It was my first time ever doing an online order so I didn't know what to do. I was very polite to her, but she seemed lazy and just leaning her stomach against the register. I'm never coming here again. But the guy that brought my items to my car was helpful and polite.

- KJKeela JonesFeb 7, 20262.0When I asked about finding a color for the interior of my bathroom to match the paint color I scuffed, the Customer Service representative named Lee said “I don’t know what to tell you ” even though we had a picture of the color and matched it by the color pallete w/ a thorough explanation of what we needed assistance with. He was slightly more engaging after he seen we were getting a little agitated with his nonchalant and indifferent attitude. Instead of giving us a quart size amount of the paint Old Towne…he made a gallon sized and was visibly upset he had to redo the process over again. To work in customer service, it should be noted employees generally should have a friendly and open charismatic personality and/or demeanor. When customers ask questions, don’t make them feel stupid or unwelcomed to asking questions…it may come off as condescending.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
