  I was lucky enough to find Ace Drapery to repair my cellular blind/honeycomb shade with a broken cord . Like many others after calling other local shade/blind shops with no success. I could not be more pleased working with Jamie --Pricing, personable, timely and just taking on the job in the first place. You will not be disappointed!

  After texting, sending pictures and visiting Ace Drapery in person, we found that our cellular shade was not repairable. However, the team was very helpful in suggesting how to reach the manufacturer and potentially the best way to get it replaced under warranty. Thrilled to find that all of their suggestions worked and we are now getting it replaced for free! Ace Drapery truly went above and beyond, when there was nothing in it for them. 110% recommend!

  After searching for hours on the internet and numerous phone calls to company after company, I was blessed, (and I do mean blessed), to find Ace Drapery. I have custom blinds in my dining room and living room and wanted to change the fabric color inserts. A few years back, I was able to purchase this fabric by the roll to redo my kitchen blinds but now I was unable to find the fabric to purchase or find anyone who would do the change for me. After speaking to Jaime at ACE Drapery, I knew this was the place for me. We made an appointment for a Saturday and my husband and I traveled from a suburb of Chicago, about 2 hours away; with our 67 blinds and 2 valances; and we are so incredibly happy we did, and would do it again in a heart beat. Within 2 1/2 hours all work was completed and we were on our way home. The customer service was beyond impeccable, the quality of their craftsmanship was superb, and the care you are treated with is beyond words. Trust me, if you need any window covering needs, this is the place to go. You will not be sorry.
